Kessler Law, LLC is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of New Jersey. The personal liability of our members is limited to the extent provided in such laws.

Under the laws of New Jersey, an obligation of Kessler Law, LLC incurred while it is a limited liability company, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, is solely its obligation, and members of Kessler Law, LLC are not personally liable, directly or indirectly, by way of indemnification, contribution, assessment or otherwise, for such obligation solely by reason of being or so acting as a member.

Depending upon context, references herein to “Kessler Law,” “our” or “us” refer to Kessler Law, LLC.
